Kim Swope was born and raised in Lilburn, Georgia. After high school, she married B.J. Swope, a former U.S. Marine. They lived all over the world, only to return to Kim’s roots. She settled in Loganville, Georgia, with her husband of 27 years and their three wonderful children, John, Lily, and Anna.
While Kim is new to real estate, she is excited to start this new adventure. Kim spent nine years as a gymnastics meet director for USA Gymnastics and the Amateur Athletic Union. She was responsible for hosting and running major gymnastics events in Georgia, including numerous state and regional events.
After her daughter went to college to pursue her college career in gymnastics, Kim retired from gymnastics herself to concentrate on her youngest daughter’s dance career. Kim worked as the office manager at a local dance studio and enjoyed the life of a dance mom.
Kim entered real estate as her children are nearly all grown, and she wants a career to call her own. She has fond memories of her childhood, looking at houses and dream homes with her grandmother, and she feels real estate is the perfect place to begin a new career.
Kim also loves yoga and puzzles. She also belongs to a gaming group and enjoys playing board games in her spare time. Kim enjoys Southeastern Conference football and lives in a divided home as her husband is a ’Bama fan. Go Dawgs!
